How we talk:

Long-form, round-table conversations built on curiosity, respect, and a willingness to sit with complexity rather than rush to conclusions.

What we explore:

Assumptions, systems, and exploring how beliefs, narratives, and power shape how we think and act.

ANBRWY exists because understanding reduces harm.

When we don’t understand how systems work (political, cultural, media, or social) we fill the gaps with fear, assumptions, or certainty.

This is a space to think together. To listen carefully. To explore ideas without needing to win.

To understand ourselves and one another more fully, across differences.

About the Host

A facilitator, interviewer, and systems thinker who believes good questions change how we see the world. Creating space for thoughtful conversation with the aim of making complex ideas easier to sit with and understand.

Topics We Explore

We take polarized political moments, media narratives, and the stories dominating our feeds, and slow them down into conversations that move beneath the noise to better understand the systems shaping our world.

This show is built around dialogue.

If you bring lived experience, professional expertise, research, or a thoughtful perspective, and you’re willing to engage in open, respectful conversation, we’d love to hear from you.
